Neurodivergent Lead Coaching
-
I'm autistic myself, and I grew up alongside a sibling with higher support needs. I know from the inside what it's like when information comes at you too fast, when routines fall apart, when the "just be consistent" advice everyone gives doesn't account for sensory overwhelm, executive function, or a nervous system that works differently.
Professionally, I've spent years working in Youth Detention and supporting thousands of people of all ages through their fitness journeys. That combination — lived experience plus hands-on work with people who don't respond to standard, one-size-fits-all coaching — is what shaped how I coach today.
I also hold a certificate in Nutrition Coaching, so movement and food aren't split across two providers who don't talk to each other. You get one coach, one plan, one relationship.

It's not about more information. It's about the right information, in a form that actually works for you or your family.
That means:
- Predictable structure — sessions follow a format you can count on, so there's no guessing what's coming
- Plans you can see, not just hear — written and visual, not just verbal instructions in the moment
- Room to flex — a hard sensory day doesn't mean a failed session, it means we adjust
- Nutrition without the noise — coaching built around habits and routines, not rules and restriction
- Family-first, when that's what's needed — helping households with mixed needs (autistic and neurotypical siblings, different support levels) build one shared system instead of competing routines
-
- Neurodivergent adults who've found generic gym and diet culture overwhelming or unwelcoming
- Parents looking for movement and nutrition support for their neurodivergent kids
- Families wanting one coordinated approach instead of juggling multiple providers with conflicting advice
Wherever you're starting from, we build from there — not from where you think you "should" be.
So where do we go from here?
We book a discovery call.
This is to see what I MIGHT be able to help with. Keep in mind I am an individual with lived experience, qualifications in fitness and nutrition, and a Working with Children Check.
As I am not an Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist or Mental Health Practitioner, I might not be appropriate for your care.

We create a plan to conquer your goals together.
NO MATTER how big or small, this might be in-home education on meal prep and using the kitchen.
This might mean learning how to shop for food and eat in a balanced way.
This might be some personal training sessions to help you understand how to move your body in a way that feels good and makes you feel comfortable.
We check in on the regular - and we create independence.
This might take a little bit of time. Everyone is different and may need a different pace. And we might only be able to take on one thing at a time.
So once we have a plan, we'll act on it and find a way to fit it into your lifestyle!
